I must state that I am not a native Japanese speaker and so this is more than likely going to have a few mistakes. As I have never heard this Drama CD, I am not sure of the situation. My guess is that the speaker is from a lower position while the listener is in a higher ranking. This is why he uses -masu form and also includes kudasai, although from his speech it seems he does not sincerely mean nor want to be polite. With that being said, enjoy!
